ProAdvise advises car buyers when purchasing new or used vehicles without them having to go through the hassles involved in the process. We aspire to assist car buyers in buying their ideal vehicles that they and their wallets will be content with. Using our extensive knowledge and expertise in the car market, we will hold the customer’s hand on the journey of purchasing a vehicle and ensure that they get a good deal and ultimately end up with a satisfactory product without being taken advantage of. The aim is to give the customer an upper hand in the convoluted car buying process by lending our professional opinion. We tailor the type of vehicle that you should buy to your lifestyle and general preference. We do not force you to buy a certain product, we merely guide you into making the right decision.
Our core service is giving customers invaluable buying advice when buying a car and handling a part of the processes for them but only on request. This core service is aimed at car buyers of all ages looking to buy a vehicle but are not sure what constitutes as a suitable vehicle for them.

At ProAdvise Car Advisors, we have the best people to give you the best buying advice. Whether it’s a R150 000 hatchback or a R1 million sports car, ProAdvise can do it all. Before we can communicate, you will need to fill out a form that will give us all the details of the type of car you’re looking for and it will also give us an indication as to what type of advise you’ll be needing. We can assure you that no two clients are the same therefore each one has their own tailored service.

Vehicle Designation – what vehicle would suit your lifestyle and budget
After we get to know you better as our client, we can now start discussing what kind of vehicle would be suitable for you. We will remain in contact with you a lot during this period because there’s no point in choosing a vehicle that you will not like. If you already have a certain vehicle in mind, no harm done. We will help you see whether or not it is a good option.

Market Research – look for the best deals that you will like
As ProAdvise Car Advisors is not a dealership nor do we have vehicles in stock, we are not obliged to sell any vehicles to anyone. Once we’ve narrowed your choices down to two or three vehicles, our team will thoroughly look into the market to find the best deals out there. If we see a car that we like for you, we will contact you find out if it meets your criteria.

Dealership excursion and test drive (we will go with you to the dealership to ensure that the car is in good condition)
Once we’ve found the cars that you would like, we will accompany you to the dealership or location where the vehicle is found where you can perform you own visual inspection. We will talk you through the car and find out any information you would like to know from the salesperson. There will not be a need for you to communicate with the sales person – you have us to do that for you. We can organise a test drive for you upon request, although we highly suggest it.

Optional vehicle inspection (only if the vehicle in question is second hand)
We will organise a full vehicle and mechanical inspection upon request if you feel like the car is not mechanically sound.

Purchase Administration
After you’ve set your eyes on what car to buy, we will assist you with the administrative side of the purchase. This package includes finding out which purchase agreement would suit the deal best and what insurance company and package will be most beneficial to you. Although many clients might have a specific and predetermined choice for their car finance and insurance, we will check just to make sure you’re not setting yourself up for a bad deal. Vehicle Delivery
ProAdvise Car Advisors will deliver your new vehicle to your home or any specified location if the client requests it. Upon arrival, a vehicle unveiling presentation will take place to properly introduce your new car to your family, friends and jealous neighbours too.
