Who (or what) is ProAdvise Car Advisors?
ProAdvise Car Advisors is a unique and a first of its kind offering in South Africa. We arrive at a time when manufacturers are exploiting consumer ignorance and are producing products that only regulations officials will be pleased with, with the customer relying on brand reputation and over-zealous advertising to choose the vehicle. We will provide subjective advice and assistance for the client and ensure that they are happy at all times. We will not prompt them into making a certain decision, but rather guide them into making a smart decision.
We operate independently and do not have any binding or contractual agreements with any dealership or brand. ProAdvise Car Advisors is an independent agent thus we can assure the customer that we only have their best interest at heart and ensure that buying a car will never bring any headaches, nightmares or uncertainty.
ProAdvise Car Advisors does not have or keep any vehicles in stock nor does it directly sell vehicles to customers on dealerships’ behalf. We basically provide guidance, buying advice and handle all of the details on the customer’s behalf.
Our Aim
ProAdvise Car Advisors provides personnel with extensive knowledge and experience to act on the customer’s behalf to handle the intricacies and unknown perils of buying or financing a vehicle. We provide advice and invaluable information that is critical in buying a car, help the customer search and find the perfect vehicle and one that meets our very strict criteria. This criteria is formed using expert knowledge from the motoring industry and takes into consideration the customer’s custom made “Car Profile” which contains things such as the customer’s demands, preferences, financial position and affordability. We ensure the buying process and ownership after the purchase has been made is the enjoyable experience it should be.
Our Goal
Our long term goal is to influence the car market in such a way that car manufacturers and dealerships are pushed to offer competitive packages to customers at reasonable prices. By assisting our customers to buy vehicles based on merit, we hope that the market will evolve to produce vehicles that excel in all or most aspects. In essence, we are giving the customer an upper hand in the convoluted car buying process by lending our professional opinion.
